HOXIE GOLF TEAM ADVANCES TO STATE
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Hoxie High School golf team advanced to the state tournament by placing second at the regional meet held in Oberlin on Monday, May 14. The team's score was 340; just two strokes behind regional champ Plainville. WaKeeney came in third with a team score of 349. Individual medal winners were: Easton Slipke third with a score of 81. Jarrod Dible and Dylan Weimer came in tied for fifth with scores of 83. Colton Heskett scored 93, Luke Schippers 94, and Parker Jones 102. Good luck to the Indians who will compete at the state meet in Pittsburgh, Kansas, on Monday, May 21.
