JUNIOR HIGH STUDENTS SHINE AT MUSIC FESTIVAL
On February 17, 2016, the Hoxie Junior High Band and Choir members travelled to Colby Community College and performed at the Junior High Music Festival. The choir, band, ensembles, and solos competed. Instructor Mr. Burmeister was pleased with their performances. The soloists were Victoria Rucker, Hannah Eller, and Karlissa Shepherd; Victoria, Hannah, and Morgan Keith were also in a vocal ensemble. Hoxie High School was in charge of the festival this year. Senior High Hoxie musicians helped coordinate and run the festival.
