Art Students Win at FHSU Art Exhibition
On April 16, 2025, Fort Hays State University held the 50th Annual High School Art Exhibition. Approximately 1,200 students from 72 high schools in Kansas and Colorado participated in the event. The exhibition was sponsored by the Department of Art at Fort Hays State University and was held in the Gross Memorial Coliseum. This year, Hoxie had two booths that received awards: high school art students received 21 awards, and the graphic design class received 4 awards. Also new this year were individual awards for outstanding work, which went to high school art students:
