LADY INDIANS PLACE FOURTH AT STATE
Once again, the Hoxie High School Lady Indians made it to the State Basketball tournament. This was the team's sixth straight trip to the state tournament. They started out with a win in the first game against Hanover. The girls lost the next two games to finish in fourth place. The team travelled to Dodge City and played at the Civic Center, accompanied by many friends and family from Hoxie. Their first game was against Hanover, their second game was against Centralia, and their third game was against St. Paul. The team is coached by Shelly Hoyt.
