The 2019-2020 rankings are made by the state of Kansas based on how each wrestler performed at state the prior year. Hoxie has 3 grapplers in the pre-season rankings. Aidan Baalman, (JR--145) and Drew Bell (SOPH--120) are each ranked 2nd and Dylan Weimer (SR--132) is ranked 1st. As a team, Hoxie is ranked 2nd behind Smith Center.
