Summer Office Hours & New Administration
July 1, 2021 to August 2, 2021
USD #412 operates on a skeleton staff in the summer, which includes the District Office as well as the Grade School and High School Office staff. July is the month most of us can take our vacations, spend time with our families, and rest before the upcoming school year beings.
The following information will help you with any questions you may have prior August 2, 2021.
Superintendent/Elementary Principal:
- Our new Superintendent, Casey Robinson, officially began with the district on July 1, 2021
- He had a pre-planned vacation prior to hire and will be out of the office from July 12, 2021 through July 23, 2021
- His email address is: crobinson@hoxie.org, feel free to send him an email if you have a question or concern and he will get back to you as soon as reasonably possible the week of July 26th-July 30th, or later in some cases, depending on the request.
District Office Hours:

7-12 Principal:
- Our former 7-12 Principal, Mark Wildeman, is technically on contract until July 31, 2021, however, he is using his leave time and is unavailable.
- Our new 7-12 Principal, Carey Fose, officially begins August 1, 2021.
- You are welcome to email her at cfose@hoxie.org, but know that you may not get a response right away, or until after she officially begins, due to vacation and other personal obligations.
Jr./Sr. High Office Hours:

- The district and building level staff will be back full time August 2, 2021. The teachers first day is Thursday, August 12, 2021.
- The online red calendar will be updated with important dates and events added as soon as we possibly can. We try to have most of those on the calendar by the end of July, beginning of August.
- The first official day of school is WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 18, 2021 and the last official day for students is MAY 20, 2022.
