Jh Students Visit the Eisenhower Museum in Abilene
The Hoxie Jr. High School students had an incredible visit to the Eisenhower Presidential Museum and Library! They began their day by watching a video biography about President Eisenhower's life. Following that, they toured the museum and explored the temporary exhibit on the Cold War.
As part of the classroom experience, the students participated in an escape room challenge, using clues from the Cold War exhibit to "break out." Their enthusiasm and behavior impressed the staff, who noted that our students were among the best school groups to visit the museum! Recognizing their exemplary conduct, the IKE Educators awarded each student an Eisenhower Challenge Coin.
We are proud of our amazing kids!
