The Hoxie FFA competed in the Northwest district FFA Horticulture competition Wednesday, April 12th, in Colby where students were asked to identify plants, complete a lab practicum, and take a horticulture exam. FFA members competing for Hoxie were Skyler Denio, Kaylyn Weems, Katie Geerdes, and Matt Diercks. They placed 3rd as a team with Skyler placing 1st overall.
